You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.

Divtara provides tarot, astrology, and Vastu Shastra readings and guidance, generated either by our AI system or delivered by independent human practitioners listed on the platform. Readings are provided for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes — see our Disclaimer for important limitations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Prices for paid readings and services are shown on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR). All payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway — Razorpay handles the entire transaction, and we do not store your card or other payment instrument details on our servers.By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms.

Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute readings or content from the Service without our permission.

All content, branding, and materials on the Service, other than content you submit, are owned by or licensed to Divtara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

Readings and guidance provided through the Service — whether generated by AI or delivered by a practitioner — are for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only, and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimerfor full details. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divtara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any reading or guidance provided through it.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when your account is deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, India — to be added].
